Four months ago Dr. Lauryssen told me that the jury is still out regarding if ADRs stress or help facet joints. I don't know what to make of this.

I had a CT to examine my facet joints; I do not know if this is of great diagnostic value but Dr. Regan ordered it.

Finally, I do not know the suspected percentages if this holds true:

"...you've got to figure that you'd eventually sacrifice your SI joints by fusing L5-S1"

It makes sense and bums me as I'm told my L5-S1 area is too ruined.

Actually, really finally: I spoke to a urologist in a Century City elevator yesterday and we discusssed Cauda Equina. He mentioned that there are many more means than I thought outside of urodynamic testing to rule this out. One of course is testing muscle tone - but there is more. I hope that your urologist was very cautious in r/o this scary syndrome.

Good luck,

Allan (rank amateur)
