Hello again,

I think my "rest" from the omegas and turmeric has helped the digestive problems, and my muscles don't feel quite so achey, for now. Fortunately, I am not in the pain that I see posted on here by others. Just keeping the anti-inflammatories on board to keep the symptoms from the cord compression at bay, as much as possible.

Wonder if it's because omegas are fat soluble, so maybe built up in my system? I think turmeric is water soluble, in fact, might not be absorbed well if not cooked? I was takng flax seed, too, but sporadically. When I start phasing out ibu, again, maybe I'll phase in flax seed, more than the fish oil.

Newleaseonlife - How much of those supplements did you take? What is serapeptase?

Lillyth, I was taking Nordic Naturals omega 3...derived from anchovies and sardines. Maybe I should try a salmon oil.

Hoping to not have to take anything in high doses in the near future!

Marita
