I am continuing to improve conservatively. This is my first rodeo with a bad back injury. I currently have my life regimented around rehab, stretching, massage & PT.
Currently my routine involves:
Multiple walks 1-2mi a day
Swimming 45 min 2x a week
PT 2x a week
PT at home daily
Massage every 2 weeks
Foundation Training'
Meditation
Healthy diet
Will check back in in 1 month and see where things are.
