Default Anthem Blue Cross CA class action suit

Just thought I'd throw into this mix that I was recently contacted by an atty who is doing a class action against Anthem in California for denying the Pro Disc L, saying it was an "experimental device". 48 of us in the suit, and I'm the only one who did the Axiomed trial - he'd not heard of it, and was thrilled that they were using the FDA approved Pro Disc as the control!

It's a positive movement for future patients to hopefully have an easier time getting ADR. I'm obviously a big fan, and love the thought of helping others get this superior surgery if needed.

Your roving Cali reporter,
