Hi Doc, thanks, my l5-S1 was 360 so posterior and anterior. The l2-l3 fusion was anterior lateral (i guess they call this alif) and later posterior (yes 2procedures at this level, the fisrt wasn't enough. So basically I have scars all over, but still leave no left side alif scars, I guess that's how 1 of the doctors mentioned he would proceed in case I chose what he call X Liffey procedure.
