My WC co. is Octagon Risk Management. BCBS is what I chose to pick up my medical thru hub's work however, they won't cover anything WC, nor will Medicare..
I am stuck w/trying to get this thru WC or win lotto, marry a millionaire (oh sure/me almost 52).. or become a millionaire...

The Nurse Case Manager said it's imperative to have this information for any hope of an arguement so I must find out how to access this info before we even discuss ADR as an option w/Claims Manager for WC again on the topic...
