Hi everyone,

I have been helping Rich with the site's problems. I have been working with the hosting company to try and resolve the problems. They are denying that there are issues, which is absurd. They require screen shots of the problem and a time and date stamp of when the problem was experienced. Please email me screenshots of any errors that you are experiencing and the exact date and time that you experienced the problem. I also need the exact URL that you tried to access when you got the error.
