After emailing screenshots, trace routes, error messages and speaking with several people from the hosting company over the past 2 months they still refuse to acknowledge a problem because they cannot recreate it.
I am not one to give up, but when you are willing to work a problem and the other side isn't, it's quite difficult to make progress...
