Hey Blackbart,
I'm in Calgary and had a heck of a time finding anyone. From what I've learned, Dr. Bouchard here in Calgary does them, but it's a 2 year waiting list to see him. I'm on the list, but have opted to fly to Europe in the meantime.
The other one I've heard good things about is Dr. Jarzem in Montreal... though I have no clue how that would work out of province. The toughest part for us seems to be the waiting.
