Has anyone heard about an atty actually setting up a "group" to sue Johnson and Johnson for the Charite Disc complications?
I can get a copy of it but was wondering if anyone else has heard of it and what everyone's take is on it. They state that it's been "failing" for 20 years in Europe and they are including Europe in their scope of area in which to take on clients.
