You can get multi level ADR here in the US and in Europe. Insurance won't pay for it and it will be Very expensive here in the US. I had a two levels and I know people who have had up to 4 levels, 2 in his neck and 2 in his back at the same time. There is also a guy on Brazil who had 4 maverick discs put in his back.
