Of all negative sensations, I find nausea the first. I think I may have figured out the cause of my vertigo. Been using ear plugs to sleep going on 2 years now. Lately using one in each ear. I stopped the ear plugs a week ago and the vertigo is subsiding.

May 3, 2016 - L5/S1 - M6 - ADR in Canada (Calgary, Alberta)
