Feel pretty good, been in room since 2p. Throat is sore on swallowing and hip hurts where graft was taken. Dr. Bitan and his team were very professional but also easy-going and relaxing. So far so good. ProDisc C at C56 and Zero P fusion at C67 (I had it switched in a previous post)
Have Hydro-Co pain pump..not really using unless I need a nap
Ate/drank clear stuff and I'm starving....
