www.spineuniverse.com. It lists all of the clinical trials for the cervical Prodisc and I know that the FDA just recently gave the ok for direct access. If you don't fit the criteria for a single level they sometimes will do what is called a compassionate care and allow more than one level to be done. I hope you feel better. Take Care, Shermaine
