I had a successful Prodisc-C cervical ADR surgery in 4/2008 and am now battling with Independence Blue Cross for coverage because the procedure is being called experimental.
Can anyone send me approval letters showing other BC/BS approval for ADR (or copies of any successful appeals)? Thanks so much!
