Actually, I spoke with Dr. Balderston's assistant on Monday as I was hurting pretty bad on Sunday into Monday. She called back and suggested no exercise, no stretching, nothing and 2 alleve in morning and 2 at night. Within 8 hours of taking the pills I was fine. I still feel a small tightness in area and was told to stop for 2 weeks. I am having hard time not stretching and working out.

So for now, just waiting for the remaining tightness to go away. I haven't taken Naprosyn since back in 90's and I am sold on it. I was taking ibuprofen with no luck up until the switch to the naprosyn.

Anyway, thanks for checking in, take care.

Bill
