Well, it is official. I sent in the agreement to Dr. Rischke just moments ago.
After talking things over with my wife, and really thinking back to all that has happened, I thought that Dr. Zeegers was the doctor I wanted. But I never really could pinpoint what it was about him that seemed off. I simply ignored the feeling, and then told myself he reminded me of my doctor here in the states... so my mind said it was okay to continue pursuing him.
Maybe it was because he was the first one to contact me, and to schedule a video chat through skype, I don't know.
However it may be, I now know that I do not want to go with Dr. Zeegers because someone's character is very important to me if I am going to let them open me up and operate on me. Careless character can lead to a lack of judgement in the operating room, and ultimately could lead to potential consequences, injury or even death.

here about one thing I do not like that happened between Dr. Zeegers and myself. And then he decides to call Dr. Rischke criminal for charging so much, and states he is mafia:
"this is criminal .... how can that be a fine doctor .... maffia"
That sealed the deal for me. No Zeegers. Doctors can charge what they want. This is not criminal.
Well, I always liked Dr. Rischke, but his cost was too high in the beginning. But, he kept working with me until we found a way to get the cost down substantially, and I am satisfied with the cost. It is something I can afford.
I am sorry that I ranted and got off track here. It is just Dr. Zeegers pushed a button, and it more than frustrated me. But, today is a new day and I feel great about going with Rischke.
I will post more once we set a date for surgery.
