You need to show femoral heads to trace the triangular incidence to pelvis in order to determine grade. I am not a doctor and an even poorer geometrist.
I would say from the basic looks of it, your L5/S1 is not pointing straight down as if it were looking down a cliff which doesn't appear to warrant an issue IMO.
