You are very early in recovery. My experience was the more I played with massage and too much stretching the worse things got. When I stopped agitating things and just walked, things calmed down. I did similar things as you and many others did as well. I found working with many others that walking seems to be for MOST people the best thing. Takes three months for things to calm as much as we don't want it to it just takes time an patience.

Sometimes and many times, less is more. Save your energy you will need it for the long haul.
