Contact the manufacturer of the disc your surgeon wants to use and ask them which companies are covering the use of their disc. They have some basic info that you can use. Find any and all precedent you can by surfing the websites. There is some info available but it's not easy to find. Find studies and articles written by doctors that support your side.
