Default Surgery seems the only option

I have severe stenosis at c4/5, c5/6 and moderate at c6/7. Surgeons here at UCSD has suggested that I do C4-6 fusion with cadavar & cage. They think I should do it ASAP as opposed to taking my time.

I have upper-back pain (three inches below my neck).. Can it be coming from Cervical or it can be thoracic. I also have lower back pain. They do not want to do MRI on lower back because they would not operate on that.

Can ADR be an option for severe stenosis? Does ADRs fuse if someone has Osteophyte?
