Be careful what you wish for.
I will not have ADR its not there yet.
Read stories of ADR patients 10 years down the road.Revision,fusions,facet joint issues,adjecent disc issues.
Being a spiney sucks.
I will do the least to be pain free and hope ADR things get better in the future.
