Also on the discgram, No tears were found, although one Dr. pointed out on the picture that it was leaking on L3-4 lol, so i dont know for sure.
The pain was the same as I have normally now, and more.
I still think they need to look more into my mid-back pain.

Diagnosed with DDD on my L3/L4 and L5/S1
Have not had a second opion yet but will do that when i get all my results officially. Tried PT and also shots with no relief.
