Waited too long myself.... Functional and active through the years - sometimes with a pain, but after 20 some years, my options have changed due to facet damage.....

Prior to the fix: Severe DDD L4-5 and L5-S1 with moderate facet degen at L5-S1, but only mild facet degeneration at L4-5.
