I guess that for every statement, there is somebody on the internet writing an opposite claim. I am still not convinced by this particular case and will continue to eat my daily calcium. I don't have any heart disease in my family, so I feel safe to eat all the calcium, fat and salt I ever need. My spine ,on the other hand, is not genetically optimal, so my dietary choices will be chosen based on that fact.

The part "Don't be afraid to exercise with some weight in a backpack if you have no disk disease or low back pain." was maybe not so well-picked for this forum...

Anyway, thank you for sharing. All kind of skepticism should be listened to, but ultimately, we should apply the Occam razor to eliminate the unlikely.
