I think it depends upon the particular doctor, whether or not they want a film history, or just the most recent films.

If I had to choose, I would say the most recent films are the most relevant.

Now, that being said, I am pretty sure that some of the better films shops can take xrays / mri films and transpose them / burn them to cd for you (I had a couple films done like this a year or so ago, I believe at a local Cord Photo)
