I finally bought this book three nights ago. I really like the authors approach to how the whole body is one functioning unit and problems in one area lead into future problems in others. I have seen that happen with me as parts get over or under used while I try to compensate for my back. Many of the hip, ankle, and knee excercises are the same or very close to the back exercises.

So, I recommend it to anyone with back problems, or any joint for that matter. Time will tell. I have done the back work out for the last 3 nights and I already think there is good going on. I wish I had this book 12 years ago (and had sense enough to follow it). And, it was only $16.

My son is an Occ. Therapist in NC and I may buy it for him.
