Hello All: New member here, underwent a 2 level ADR (C5-C7, M6-C) in Barcelona by Dr. Clavel late last year (10/28/2015). Still recovering from fairly severe compression that had built up over the course of >3 years. Saw numerous docs here in US that were less than helpful and quite dismissive in a couple of cases. Dr. Clavel and all of his colleagues were great and the whole experience has been well worth it so far.

2-Level ADR:M6-C @C5-7 (10/28/15) by Clavel in Barcelona
-Multiple osteophytes at both levels, -Severe spinal stenosis & compression of all 4 nerve roots
-MRI - Apr 2014 - diagnosis as mild DDD
-Bilateral carpal tunnel release in 2013
-Pain in hands starting in 2012 -severe
-Diagnosed with osteoarthritis in hands back in 2007 (not osteoarthritis as it turned out)
