Hi, I'd love to see the letter granting your successful appeal. I'm in the process of trying to get Aetna to approve a 2 level ADR at L4-L5 and L5-S1. I've been somewhat successful, I did receive approval for a 1-level ADR and the other for fusion, but from what I've read I think I'd be better off with 2 ADRs. Please email me at
