No not yet. I think I will though. I'm pretty sure I want to do the freedom disc with Dr. Rischke. It makes me a little nervous that its much newer (no long term results at all) and I haven't seen many patients of Rischke, but in my gut it is right. But at the same time I'd be interested in at least an opinion from Clavel.

Car accident 2009
Had neck and back pain for about 6 months. Completely went away
Reinjured throwing out a mattress in summer 2012
Kept lifting weights heavily, running daily until December when woke up with radiculopathy in right arm and constant back/neck pain.
Tried PT around March/April. No effect.
Currently consulting surgeons and trying to figure out money.
