Bridgett:

My cervical area healed up in no time. My lumbar area took a long time to heal and is probably still healing from 1 year 4 months ago.

I have been active the whole time of healing though and went back to work at 8 weeks. I bicycled 2,254 miles last year while healing from this 4 level ADR. I went in to the surgery in great shape though so I may be an exception.

The cervical area has less stress on it than the lumbar area so it should be a good process for you though. If you have any issues feel free to post for support.
