Your questions about what is “typical” make sense -- if you are asking if other people have experiences similar symptoms – and they have. But the second question and comment sounds very serious; e.g., why do you have to move your put back by hand? Is this because of poor blood circulation, or neuromuscular? I wouldn’t delay a doctor’s assessment on this issue! What does your doctor say about this?
