What's the best way to book a flight to Europe? I'm not particularly concerned with the method flying to Europe but coming back after a surgery I would like to be in business class or better for the better seats (room, reclining, etc). Did you book through an online site like Expedia, through the carrier's site directly, travel agent, or some other means? Is it possible to book the flight "to" as economy and the "return" as business in one RT transaction or would I have to book a one-way ticket in one class then the return as a one-way flight in another class?

This whole thing is becoming a juggling act.
