Default Thoughts on vaccines post-implant (infection risk?)

I may be traveling internationally sometime this year.

Part of that would involve vaccines to travel safely in an area that there could be real risk. (Not talking about covid)

I'm paranoid about infections at the bone-implant joint... I think at least until 1 year post surgery, there is a real risk of an infection settling in, without antibiotics being able to reach.

I'm wondering about viral infections... In that some vaccines are "live, attenuated viruses". And I just wonder if there's any real risk with getting vaccines post-surgery, while the body is still "joining" with the prosthetic?

"Mild scoliosis of lumbar spine".
Four central disc protrusions in thoracic spine.

C5-C6, C6-C7 bulging, bone spurs. Imaging not looking good. Successful CP-ESP's placed in Oct 2019 by Dr. Desai.

Delayed lumbar surgery to work on bone density. Considering options now, some but minimal bone density improvement. Will only use LP-ESP.
