Thanks guys! I use spamassassin now; I don't think that it is killing emailers...just sort of slapping them.
The "contact us" link is a convenience for patients; many of whom don't like forms! Oh well, such is life in the Internet age.
David, I prefer Outlook as a mail client -- but if GMail is generally regarded as being better (across the board) than Gmail it is...it may be time to change.
