Hello all!
I am just over a month out from surgery. Things are up and down. I can sit down and sit for a while which is a good thing but I still have pain, but no more pain down my legs.
Can't wait to be completely off pain meds and back in the gym.
I want to send a big THANK YOU to Harrison for all of his help before my surgery, months ago when I was in the most extreme pain, and now that I am taking the steps to get back to where I want to be.
My quality of life was 0 before but now I can start to enjoy things again.
