Welcome to our community and congrats on your HUGE milestone! It seems like you are doing well. Just remember the slogan that Alastair often uses, "Slow and steady wins the race..." Besides, if you don't take it easy, Alastair will yell at you.

In the coming months, keep us posted with your progress. The only thing that freaked me a bit was the soft "clicking" in the lumbar area in months 2, 3 and 4, which have subsided. Apparently, that's the sound of the new joint and adjacent tissue finding its way into the world...

JB - RUGBY!? Are you sure you want to rush back to that mayhem?! Take a year or two off, perhaps you can pick up another aerobic exercise like drinking highly caffeinated beverages?!
