Wink Mindfulness and Meditations

I know that when I get upset or stressed out, my body is a barometer for how upset I am by jolting up my pain levels. The more upset, the more pain and when I'm really upset it leads to awful muscle spasms. I work hard at remaining calm! So, I created this thread as a place to put meditations that people can access on the internet and refer to in their time of need.

Over in the UK, a person I know with an inoperable spinal tumor told me they required her to go to mindfulness classes. She was suffering in so much pain and was annoyed they would require her to do it. After the classes, she said they helped her and she uses the techniques to manage her pain.

I have been so frustrated lately because getting my surgery scheduled has not been an easy task. I can't seem to get a consensus from the surgeons on what I should have done so, it leaves the decision up to me. On top of it, I am in constant battle with my insurance company to try and get the tests done that the surgeons in Europe need. My dear mother who passed away a few months ago left me her entire cd collection and I have really enjoyed listening to her meditation cds. It's helping me to cope with what is a pretty difficult time. I hope this thread might help others who are also struggling.

Here's the first one. Please feel free to add your favorite meditations or mindfulness videos if you come across any you like!
