Oh I relate to feeling bad about weight as I used to be very fit in the old daze.

I started my break at 180 lbs. and hoped to lose 12 lbs. by counting calories/portion control. So where am I now? 179 lbs. and embarassed how my belly sticks out and feel like a whale at the swimming pool.

So now I'm serious and will rely on this stuff/meals when at home as nothing else works; this'll be portion control and compliance is the key - not to deviate or "get creative" at all:

Costly, yes. Being chubby in one's 50's is costlier. This is what Cedars-Sinai's ChubbyClinic uses.

Good luck, ans
