thanks i'm going to look into at least some of it. My ND does a lot of what you mentioned, right now though, my efforts are to get adr in my lower back as it has turned bad in a big way for the worse. and i'm giong to get adr in my neck at the same time if i can afford it. definitely going to do some cleansing of some sort after the surgery. thanks again
