I don't believe Canadian surgeons touch multi level ADRs but I could be mistaken. While the M6L is not yet approved by Health Canada, for single level there are currently three Canadian surgeons who have permission to use M6Ls: Calgary, Manitoba and Montreal.

I wonder if Canadian's would be able to get out of province surgery approved if the M6L is not available in their particular province? When I lived in Ontario I had major lung surgery at the Winnipeg Health Sciences Centre.
