I doubled checked the address I gave and here is the address at Cigna's site and it is the same as I gave above.

When I called Cigna this is the address they gave me as well....so are you sure it doesn't exsist before I go get nasty with them and demand the right address....because I really need the proper address for my appeal! I live in MO so I am not local to go there and check it out.
