I don't recall anyone coming here needing treatment to the thoracic spine. Of course at 50+ some amount of asymptomatic DDD at any level is possible and 'normal'. We only care if it causes symptoms.
Do you have the axial image at that level?
Is your thoracic pain bad enough that you want this treated?
