Dr Bitan doesnt do ADR any longer.
If you're looking into ADR then you need to go to an ADR doctor.
If you have DDD then you need to assess the condition of your facet joints.
Easiest way is to have facet blocks done.
Getting a lumbar ADR with facet degeneration is asking for trouble..
I assume you're in the NY/Conn area.
