Jessica,

You will find a lot of info and opinions on this site and will have to make a decision, one that is right for you. First, you must have a pretty progressive doctor for him to advise ADR. Personally, for me, It was a good decision to have two ADRs. I thinks that you need to determine that it is definitely your disc that is causing the pain before proceeding.

If it is, then ADR might be right for you. Some think that L5-S1 is a good candidate for fusion. Research this site and talk with many people who have had ADR. Get as much information as you can. For me, I was at the point where a two level fusion was not an option for me and nothing else here in the states was working. That is when I opted for ADR.
