As usual, very interesting report. My answers:

1. d

2. c

3. Just knowing the up-to-date information on Disc/Spine technologies is interesting. I like hearing from different speakers in different areas, as well as other countries around the world and how their approaches and views.

4. I think if they give more graphical information instead of just raw data, it would help. Maybe even in each section discussed, sub-sections for SUMMARY, CLINICAL STUDY DATA, FUTURE of TECHNOLOGY, CONCLUSIONS, etc ... Also they should add more hyperlinks to the studies, the procedures or devices, etc .... so someone can see not just the outcome data, but what's behind it. They quote many, many, studies, but still no real meaningful use conclusions yet. Having more real patient speakers would be nice instead of just the clinical. And maybe at some point, a real majority agreed upon plan on how things can improve, like a business plan for the SAS, if possible. Unfortunately what I see is that money is still the main driver, and not meaningful outcome results.
