I've tried all forms of supplemental calcium and been unable to stomach it.. literally getting so much abdominal pain from this so I stick to being as weight bearing as possible, eating a calcium rich diet, walking at least 2x daily (with dog of course) and taking Actonel every week.
I've an order for a BMD test and hopefully the results will not be worse than the last time, I do hope they are better~ have osteoporosis in my left femoral head..osteopenia in lumbar spine~
