As far as ADR Surgeries & other spine offerings - I noticed from the above list these #'s had those services to offer - 3,5,7,12, 13 , 17 & 17 the 2nd 17 being Yale. I think if one does a search they would find who the doc's are as many of them are known to the board. I think it is neat to see the better ranked hosptials with wide services as also have good spine specialists using their facilities.
In regard to TOS surgeries I didn't check some of them that are further away so they may have specialists these hospitals tended to have wider variety of specialists to begin with but I know #'s 2,9 & 20 have TOS specialists. I saw one of them at #9
