I will have to look further into all the cervical discs now. Apparently some are better than others for certain conditions.
I will also keep calling insurance and asking for more info. I've gotten the "requirements" but they are also quite vague (conservative therapy including....). I guess I may have to try each one listed before the say ok.
We are in Coppell. We really like it here.
