It is unbelievable that Blue Cross Blue Shield would cover your multilevel surgery for overseas, when multi-level ADR has been practiced in the US for years. Just the other day, I saw that Dr. Delemarter issued a press release announcing a four-level ProDisc surgery! Many other docs have done multilevel ADRs in the states too.
